What it comes down to is that we have PART of Western Civilization - not just America - fighting a war against IslamoFascism.
For those who have problems concentrating, that means that those of us who are stereotyped as "war-mongering, neo-con, red-necked savages" are fighting to save Western Civilization.
It also means that there's a whole mess of "enlightened, open-minded progressive thinkers" who are doing everything they can to insure that our troops in the field have a harder time of things by:
...delaying funding (and attaching all kinds of unnecessary shit like time-lines and unemployment funding?!?!?),
...falsely accusing them of war-crimes (and not saying a damned thing when they're acquitted),
...sabotaging intel-gathering (and that doesn't even count "little things" like the NYSlimes poppin' out with how we had the sat-phone codes of Oh-Mama bin-Hidin'),
...and basically working overtime to aid the very scum who would target their liberalite asses to be the FIRST to be stoned/maimed/beheaded.
No, it doesn't make any sense, but there we have it.
Is it any wonder I'm doing everything I can to get NON-LIBERALITES elected?

I'm thinking that Heinlein's 'The day they hanged the lawyers'(referred to in several of his novels) wasn't so much fiction but prophesy!
