Indeed it does Touch.
I live in a country that's not as free as yours and we have what's in that picture, mountains and mountains of laws and legislation that the scumbags probably don't even know about. All useless.
Every time something happens, the whiners start, the government must do something... to which the government passes another effing law/restriction that won't be policed and so is ultimately useless to the law-abiding.
The only use that 2000 page document has is to smack some sense into a leftist.
